Is a discount for paying a debt early halal?
Less money for less waiting is the mirror image of more money for more waiting. Hanafi scholars, the OIC Fiqh Academy and AAOIFI do not allow an early-payment discount to be a term of the deal. A creditor may always forgive part of a debt on their own, and Islamic banks often do, but it cannot be promised.
